Nice trip tho

4 days in Aix, around 800 euros was spent and could be reimbursed back. ^ ^ That was cool.

The course was mainly about High temperature reactor which is actually a bit far away from my stuff, but it was quite interest to know the different processes in the reactor operation and fabrication.... blah, blah, whatever....

Had too much food contains high protein, high calorie and high bloody fat in the past week, gotta do some sports tomorrow! Really have to!

Football match in St. James Park

This picture is from google. Cut the long story, Alex basically won a Jackpot somehow, 14 tickets for one match today and meals will be served as well. There is gonna be a VIP room prepared for these 14 people in the top of the stadium.

The good thing is, well, there is no good thing. -_ -!

What a stupid idea!

There is a friend suggesting me that I could do some push-ups to build up the muscle. I did some two days ago... and cannot rise up my upper arm from yesterday till now, both the arm and chest muscle are untouchable right now... >.<# SO DAMN SORE! Even drinking a cup of water becomes fairly difficult at the moment.

I called him asking any better solution of this kind of situation and he reckon that I should keep training... -_ -! what a bloody cold animal this guy is! Anyway, I think I probably will do some rope skipping tomorrow for a change.

Month ago

I have to say that time indeed flies.

Everyday in the past, I was expecting that tomorrow comes faster. The only question I have been asking was that why that bloody hand of clock moved so damn slow.

Today, I Suddenly realise that the last 31days passed dramatically fast and I should really ask myself another question: what the hell did you accomplish about your work durning the past month? -_ -!

The stairs reminds me as if I was standing there yesterday and the cafe bar...well, the Mocca was too sweet tho.
